Here we will examine all sorts of British design features, big and small: from giant architectural elements like vaulted ceilings to tiny details like hammered brass keyholes.
We will also look into many of the historical, social, and technological developments that contributed to this interior aesthetic over the centuries and made it what it is today: so effortless yet structured, whimsical yet dignified, and above all: quintessentially recognizable as "British interior design".
